if you mean the game GTA: Vice city,
Yeah, i beat it a few times.
Basically the point of the game its to steal cars, and drive them to the icons on the map on the bottom left of the screen.
There you get missions that you have to do. You get more and more missions until you do them all.
Then when there's no more missions, you have to go out and buy all the assets in vice city.
After that you can come back to your mansion and play the last and boss level of the game.
This is a great game if you don't mind a little porn shooting and drug dealing.
