Gullible means you believe anything someone tells you.
For example, if your friend tells you there's a spider on your shoulder, but when you brush it off and squeak, they laugh. Then you're gullible.
Or if you believe everything you see on TV, you are also gullible.

It pretty much means someone who is so innocent that he'll believe anything or most of the things you tell him, even if these things are outrageously "out" there.
