Presidents aren't disbarred, they are impeached. And yes Bill Clinton is the only one to have charges brought against him. Impeachment is the act of bringing charges against a President, so BC was impeached. Others who have come close were Andrew Johnson following the Civil War, and Richard Nixon, although he resigned before charges were brought.

President Clinton should never have been forced to testify in a civil hearing during his presidency.
I am not saying sexual indiscrimination in our leader is honorable but it isn't criminal either. On it's face he never should have had to testify to the accusations while he held his office. Kenneth Starr and his cronies made it a federal issue when they couldn't hang Clinton and/or his wife on other manufactured misconduct.
You are right that the president should NOT have lied to Congress while under oath. However....He never should have been called to testify to CIVIL charges in the first place!

Now let's address the question why you seem to be in such defense of a President who is waging war for financial gain??

All the blind democrats will tell you to "get over it", and ask you "why are you bringing up the past", and then in their next post they will talk about how great things were under the most crooked president to ever reside in the whitehouse.

They have a selective memory, and will excuse him for lying under oath to a grand jury because they don't think being under investigation for sexual assault and misconduct is a big deal, and you should be able to lie.
