when someone DOESN'T laugh at something really funny or when someone laughs at everything even when it wasn't a joke or even slightly amusing?

Always laughing. I had a friend like that. Emphasis on HAD. Very irritating and annoying.

I'm more annoyed by people laughing when something isn't funny. If someone doesn't laugh at something really funny you can always laugh at them

Sometimes both.. but mainly when someone always laughs.
Haha this one time I went to this party and there was this girl who was there and she wouldn't stop laughing, and this guy told a sad story about his family and how his brother died in Iraq and she just busted out laughing..it was a bit sad and dumb and everyone got angry wit her.

laughs at anything even stuff that's not funny. Sometimes it's just a nervous habit, however.
