Should we do what the americans have and bring back capital punishment.. I am a strong believer that all people should have the right to a life but what do we do with the ones who insist on doing wrong..Child sex offenders...rapists..Do we kill them or castrate them. If i had my way they would all be castrated, but who am i to say "Hang the Bastards"....Love yallllllllll.......

I'm sure some of the "no" responders would feel differently if it were their child raped or killed.
I have no patience for people that continue to break the law. If they are committed of a crime there is a small chance that they didn't commit it. If they committed the same crime three times then they deserve to be hung.
The world would be a much better place if we took out the trash!

Watch the news, body count every morning, capital punishment does not deter capital crimes. Start chopping off heads when one commits a horrendous act & watch that work !! Unfortunately sometimes the innocent are convicted, perhaps only to the cases where there is no doubt like the Jessica Lundsford case, everyone in that trailer should be HUNG!!

I am a stout liberal but I believe in respecting others' opinions.
To everyone. Think about this: If an adult girl is brutally raped and murdered by someone....he will get everyone's sympathies and a plea to save him from execution. But if the same lunatic, rapes a child: everyone wants him dead. Why these double standards. Is the adult girl's life so cheap in comparison?
There has to be a consistency.

If 100% guilty for crimes like murders eye for eye and all that yes i would say hang the Bastards but for rapists and Child sex offenders hanging is to good for them i would put them in a room with the family's and let them do what they want

With DNA, i think it maybe more just to hang the offenders as I dont see why the tax I pay should be spent feeding them.
God forbid anyone interfered with my child , death would be too good and I'd be dishing out my own justice.
Hang the muthers!
note, my answer is specific to child offenders, no mercy for them

There is the problem of accidently executing a innocent person, on the other hand paroling a known killer, rapist, child sex offender, and allowing them to do so again, may be totally worth it. I would not like to be executed wrongly, but if it meant that 50 real murders would never murder again, it might be worth it.

Yep, I want the capital punishment back! USA is very coward and too meek to let the crimes and murders go free all the time! I am sick of that. In other foreigns, they are very strict and make the street more safe and free at night than here in USA!

I would like to see capital punishment reinstated in England. What's so bad about revenge,you'd think it was a dirty word! If some one had harmed one of my children,the noose would be the least of their worries,trust me!
