We are having an ICE STORM here in KC today.
The Last time we had one all the trees broke and the power all went out for weeks. I would rather have 15" of Snow than ICE.

yes,snow is lovely-and easier to deal with than ice.the power outtages,having ur car stuck for days because its on a hilly parking lot,and the plow couldnt get there yet-i was once even "iced in" at work-the roads/bridge were closed,and when 5 rolled around,none of us could leave!thank god for vending machines,or we would have starved!!!!

I dont hate Ice storms more than I hate sand storms that we have here in the oriental of oman

I'm in Kansas City too...it's the worst. When it started this morning, I thought "Oh God, not again"....yes I hate ice....I was without power for 5 days the last time....

Yups.....here...I HAte ice storms. Snow fall is good but Ice storm is bad...:(

I agree ice is way way worse than snow and I would love to have snow anyday over ice.

the power can go out for a week
no heat and cold in the house
not fun to drive in or walk on ice

no I like them. Ice storm and I have been in a succesful weather relationship for years. So, no, I like ice storms.

i live here too and it has just started I was in the one we had long ago where people were without power for over a month hate them

Everyone hates ice storms.
I just hope they don't come here. I'm about 200 miles south.
