Both of them are just doin the wrong thing.
The wife should try to keep her husband from doin such things, but to make the condition even more worse she just been keep quite and now started off to seeing guyz-this is not the right thing
they should amend themselves before they destroy their family for the sake of their three kids.
It could be done as ya said ya have joint custody system
but it should be wise to amend themselves.

It's funny --- I completely agree with large portion of the answers here which is that they are both wrong. And here's the catch: You can tell it's wrong because when it happens to the other person they get upset. Wasn't your friend upset 'cause she found out her husband was on dating sites and calling dating services? If I do something I know I would hate being done to me --- it's wrong, plain and simple. And I'm a firm believer in karma. You're friend better watch out, she might catch something or get played out by these guys she's getting to know.
And joint custody can work. Obviously they both long for something else --- so why not give their kids the chance to live somewhat normal, instead of this grade school BS.

It is wrong, there is no thinking about it. Two wrongs have never made a right. She and he will both burn in hell for what they are doing. They stood before GOD and promised to forsake all others until death do them part. They should be more worried about that than finding a sex partner. The only difference in what they are doing and what "swingers" do is that they don't go as a couple. They need serious help and so do the people who live in your state. That is the most rediculous thing I have ever heard of, a couple automatically having joint custody if they divorce. You should reconsider that person as your friend. GOD help us all.

Another example of why most people who get married should not. Is what's she's doing wrong? It is if she takes her marraige vows seriously, but it sounds like she's just in it now for the sake of convenience. That being said, whatever would upset her circumstances will FEEL wrong to HER, so doing something to upset them would be ill-advised.
The best thing she can do is make sure that if she's seeing someone, it's for a sensible reason. If she's horny, it's reasonable. If she's lonely, it's reasonable. If she wants another husband, it's reasonable. If she wants revenge, who says her husband even cares? He may not, and she would be wasting her time.

That is a tough one, but she can kick him out. She should file for divorce and full custody. Go after him for child support and make him pay. She may end up needing to sell the house (depending on what kind of monthly expenses she would have) but at least she could get a fresh start. It is not good for the children to be exposed to that. Depending on their ages, it could result in resentment and confusion on their part.

If this has been going on for years, she needs to start caring a little more about herself and leave him. I'm sure the kids are miserable in this messed up house. It isn't fair to them. Be done with it and move on. She owes it to her kids to show them what a healthy relationship should be and what it shouldn't be.

2 WRONGS DON'T MAKE IT RIGHT, THEY BOTH SOUND IMMATURE AND NEED TO MOVE ON. HERE WE GO AGAIN THOUGH WITH THE KIDS INVOLVED. WHY THE F DO PEOPLE EVEN HAVE KIDS, IT'S SUCH A SHAME WHAT HAPPENS TO THEM WHEN THEY STUCK BETWEEN 2 IDIOTS FOR PARENTS.
HAPPY EASTER
