Cameron dislikes her because Scarlet dated Jared Letro shortly after Cameron got out of a 4 year relationship with him...
Also Cameron is jealous of the fact that Scarlett is HOT!!!!
While she looks more like a "chronic" addicted hobo each day...seriously run a comb through your hair once in a while and lay of the weed....

I wouldn't believe anything you hear from the media on situations like this...the media likes to create drama thats not really there....and lots of people like to buy into it!
