Thinking of buying a set of lexus rear lights for my 206, do they need special bulbs?

Yes if your in the uk it is illegal to show white lights at the rear of the vehicle except for the reversing lights, the indicators have to be amber and the side and stop lights need to be red as thats the colour of the normal ones, you can buy them at all good motorist shops

No they don't, but you can get clear indicator bulbs that flash amber, that way you wont see an amber bulb through the clear lens.

I have them on my 307 and they needed diferent bulbs but only two
