I used to write all in capitals just like you. The 1st letter in a sentence usually being more capital than the rest.
Inspite of all letters being capital, I did keep the general size relatively small, so that they didn't look like they were SCREAMING at you and the whole text appeared neat.
Whenever someone read my handwriting they always said how neat it looked and how easy it was to read!
It took me thru' med school... and only now that I'm a doc I've given up on the capitals and write in illegible scribbles :o)
So, yes, I do believe CAPITALS is perfectly alright to take you thru' anything!
Good luck :o)
P.S. College and higher education is about getting to grips with more complex issues and learning to develop your mind and think creatively! Its not 2nd grade any more and your work wont be assessed by your handwriting!

There is no right or wrong answer. Some teachers would accept notes, homework and possibly test essays. However, I doubt it would be acceptable as a semester project, especially since most of those are typed anyway. I guarantee you will find a nit picky teacher or two who will make your life miserable over something so simple.
Considering you are in college, why rock the boat when you are able to write in regular script? These professors are going to be grading you which will effect your degree outcome. These professors can also be a source of great recommendations when you go to get a job after you are done.

Notes are yours to keep and being that so, you may write them as you wish. In class essays and assignments are a completely different story though. Lower case letters are there for a reason, and college professors expect you to use them in an adequate way. Like some of the people here have already said, most of the work you turn in will be typed and therefore won't be a problem for you. Have fun in college xD, it's great. I'm a third year. xDDD

Generally speaking in college most of your work is typed up to be turned in. Only in class tests and work is written by hand. I would say for the most part that wouldnt be an issue for you teachers just care if its legible. Also as long as they can distinguish between your "capital" and "lower case" letters (which you seem to do by size) you should be fine. Their main concern is that it is gramatically correct so if they can tell when you capitalize the begining of a sentence or a proper name etc, then i would say youre good.

Your course notes are yours to keep, so you can write them anyway you like. As for written papers, if it's readable then you should have no problem.
From a psychologists point of view, you might seem to have certain issues - writing in capital letters isn't considered normal.

Well, EVERYTHING will be typed up that you do at home, which is almost everything, except tests.
I would ask each professor individually, because it may vary from each one.
Personally, if I was a teacher, I would WANT you to write like that if it is more legible.
I also write like that because, to me, I can read it easier than if I just write normally.

i college, almost all of what you write will be essays which willbe typed and handed in. obviously, it doesnt matter how you write in your notes. also, professors don't care how you write as long as they can read it (like for tests). as long as it's legible, you are good to go!
