I would say no. But I am curious to what this has to do with celebs.

No. There are two Bens, both black, that play for the Chicago Bulls: Ben Wallace and Ben Gordon. I'm sure there are others but I can't think of any right now.

It's not the most common name among blacks but it's definitely not a "white kid name." Something that I would consider a white person's name would be something more "ethnic," like Seamus, for example.

yes that is a white boys name its really rare you see a black boy with benn or benjamin as his name when people think of a person named ben or benjamin they see a white person in there head

my husband is white and his son from his first marriage is white,and his name is benjamin,named after his also white uncle benjamin.all are blue-eyed blondes,at that.conversely,ive never met ANY black person called ben/benjamin.also,being a hebrew name,i would think it might be an ancestrally jewish name,and jews for the most part,are white.i once knew a puerto rican man named ben_but it was short for "bienvenuto",not benjamin.ps-the name means "one who laughs."

Ben can be a name for any child of any race, i think names have nothing to do with what race you are. what's next, you can't live on a certain stree because the name of the street suggest your race is wrong?

i didn't know names had races attached to them....but i would say mostly white guys would have the name Ben
