It is normal to occassionally skip a month--this is called an anovulatory cycle. If you are having anovulatory cycles more often than 2 a year then you need to inform your dr as it can make getting pregnant harder. You have to ovulate to get pg!

My wife has a similar issue due to having PCOS or poly-cystic ovarian syndrome. I do want to offer condolences for your miscarriage. We found that she became more normal on her cycle as she trimmed down her weight. We now have 3 beautiful daughters, so it is possible. I do not know if this is your issue or not, but you might want to research PCOS, and see if some of the symptoms fit. Obviously every woman's situation will be different, so different treatments may be desired. Your physician can give you several options for treatment if you find this is what is causing the irregularity. Good luck.

I assume you have spoken to a doctor I couldn't see that as the cause of you not being able to conceive. I have always had an irregular one and I became pregnant. I mean mine was a bit different form yours b/c mine could be more than once a month. I would just double check with your doctor to see what they think if anything.

I have real irregular periods, too and I , too, have miscarried once. But that was about 2 years ago and we still are not pregnant since then. I keep talking to my doctor about it and she said that since I did get pregnant once, I will get pregnant again. Now, since it has been long, she has set up an HSG test to see if my uterus is clear of scars and blockage. I suggest if you and your husband go on any longer without getting pregnant, then you should see your doctor.

I dont have regular period and I become pregnant only one year after losing my virginity, so its possible. I think that people who try to have a baby kinda take the fun out of it because your trying so hard, so just relax and enjoy. Also women who organism when having sex are more likely to become pregnant

No, It does not mean you can't get pregnant any less than any average female. You should go talk to your gyno about your missed periods and see if their is a cause of them. It could just be that your stressed causing you to miss them. Or, it could be something else.
