Dominoes is a game...
for 2 to 4 players consisting of 28 dominos . If there are two players, each player gets 7 dominos. If there are 4 players, each player gets 5 dominos.
Before the dominos are distributed, the starting player must be determined. The player who picks the domino with the highest number value starts the game.
The starting player lays one of his/her dominos on the table. The playing turns progress clockwise. Play continues as the following player adds one of his/her dominos to either end of the starting domino by matching the number of dots on his/her domino to the number of dots on the starting domino. If the player does not have a matching domino, the turn goes to the next player.
The round ends when nobody has any dominos left which match the ones on the table. Then each player adds up the score of his/her remaining dominos and notes the total as penalty points. The player with the lowest total wins the round and starts the next round. The game is over when one player reaches 100 or 200 penalty points. The player with the fewest penalty points wins the game.
Rules:
1. The dominos should be placed face down on the table and mixed well. Then each player draws one domino. The plalyer who draws the highest double-numbered domino begins the game. If no one draws a double-numbered domino, the player who draws the domino with the highest number may begin. Playing turns go clockwise.
2. Next, the players put their dominos back on the table and mix them all together again (see point 4). When there are only two players, each player draws 7 dominos. When there are more players, each draws 5 dominos.
3. The first player lays one domino on the table. The next player adds a domino to one of the two ends which matches the number on the end of the domino chain. If the player does not have a domino which matches the end of the domino chain, it is the next players turn. Play continues until no one can add any more dominos to the chain.
Another way to play, is to have each player add together the numbers on all their remaining dominos at the end of the round. Then the player with the lowest score wins the round. In addition to the winner’s own score, the score of the other players also count as the winners points. The first player to reach 121 points wins the game.
4. Another variant for beginning the game is that every player keeps the domino which they draw when establishing who will start. The player with the highest double-numbered domino lays his/her domino directly on the table. Now everybody draws only 6, respectively 4 more dominos.
GOOD LUCK!

This version is called chicken feet.
Everyone starts out with 7 dominoes. You pick one person, and if they have a double (both halves have the same number of dots) they place it in the middle. If they don't have a double, they have to draw. If they get a double on thier draw, they can place it in the middle, otherwise, it goes to the next person and they repeat the process.
Once someone has laid a double (lets say double-eight) then everyone has to lay out a domino that has a eight. If they can't they draw. If the domino they draw can be played, then they can play it. Otherwise it goes on to the next person. Once there have been 6 dominos laid around the center piece, people can start playing whatever they want, as long as the dots on one end of the domino match the dots on a free end of one that's already on the table. If they can't play a domino they have, then have to draw, but the domino they draw can be played.
If, after the first domino has been laid, and there are little "branches" going out from the center, someone lays another double, (say a double-nine) then there have to be 3 matching dominos laid around it before anything different can be played.
Once someone runs out of dominos, they win, and everyone counts up all the dots on their remaining dominos to see what thier score is. Some people count a double-blank domino as 50 points. If no one can play any more dominos, and there are none to draw, then everyone stops and counts the dots.
First person to a certain score loses (usually 200) and the person with the lowest score wins.

The draw game is the most common form played, although there are hundreds of variations.
Instructions
STEP 1: Count that there are 28 dominoes, from double blank to double six.
STEP 2: Place them facedown on the table and shuffle them until they're random.
STEP 3: Allow your opponent to take seven dominoes, and take seven for yourself.
STEP 4: Allow the player with the highest double to go first.
STEP 5: Lay a domino with like value next to the first domino (it doesn't matter which end). Make sure like values are always touching.
STEP 6: Pick from the pile if you don't have a domino that corresponds to the ones on the layout. Keep those dominoes concealed from your opponent(s).
STEP 7: Pass if no more dominoes are left in the pile.
STEP 8: Win the session if you're the first person to run out of dominoes.
STEP 9: End the session if everybody passes, in which case the winner is the person with the lowest score.
STEP 10: Count your score by the number of dots on the tiles remaining in your hand.
STEP 11: End the game if someone reaches 50 points in a game with two players or 100 points with three or more players. The lowest score wins.

Scoring
In Dominoes you score points by making all the ends equal a multiple of five (5, 10, 15, 20, etc). If the end of each chain of the board is a multiple of five, you score that multiple instantly.
Gameplay
If you are playing with a Double Six set, each player starts with seven bones. If you are using a Double Nine set, each player starts with nine bones. All the remaining bones not dealt out before the hand form what is called the Boneyard. A player can draw from the Boneyard if the player does not have any bones in their hand that they can play.
First Play
When you start a game of Dominoes, the player with the highest double starts by playing that bone. Each player then takes turns placing bones on the table. Players score when the total of the ends of the chain is divisible by five. The sum of the ends is called the "Board Count" and is shown below the board. If you place a bone that sets the Board Count to a multiple of five, you score that many points. The game can be played to 100, 250, or 500 points and consists of several rounds. The player that places the last bone starts the next round and can play any bone. If the round ends in a stalemate, the player with the highest double starts the next round.
Placing Bones
Bones can only be placed on the end of a matching bone. For example if player one starts play with a 2|3 then player two must play a bone that has either a 3 or a 2 on one side.

Ok, here goes.
Everyone starts with all the tiles face down with I believe it's 6 tiles, and the person with highest number of dots goes first. They would place the domino in the centre either horizontally or vertically.. player's choice.
Then you can play clockwise(or counter.. depends on you) and places a domino on either side. The dots have to match, for example if the centre tile is double sixes, then the next player has to place the tile with the six dots next to the centre). And the game goes on from there. If you can not place a tile, then you draw one and pass. The game continues until the first person gets rid of all their dominos.
Hope this helps, once you get the hang of it, it is a lot of fun!!

dominoes is a popular game in latin and south america.
at the start of the game, each of four players is given 7 tiles at random. each team of two players sits across from one another, so that there are 2 teams playing against each other. no one is allowed to talk.
the player who is chosen to go first puts down a tile. then the next player (counter-clockwise from first player) chooses a tile from his or her hand with one side that has an equal number of dots to a side on the first tile and connects that side with the equal side on the first tile. then, the next player chooses a tile from his hand and connects a side with an equal number of dots to one of the unconnected ends on the board, so that at any time there are always two sides that can be used.
if a player cannot produce a tile with the right number of dots, his turn is skipped.
the game ends when one player runs out of tiles. that player's team wins, and the other team counts all the dots on the tiles in their hands, and gets that many points. then play again; the first team to 100 points loses.
if no one can place a tile but everyone still has one or more tile in hand, the game ends. the teams count the dots in hand, and the team with more dots loses and adds that number to their score.
phew... have fun!
