depends on your definition of the "best", but spiderman-peter parker offers the best role model if thats what you mean. uses his intellegence to defeat his foes, not just brute force, and has a real life that comes in conflict with his secret identity

Spiderman is the most character oriented and down to earth.
Batman has the best enemies.
The Superman myth is the best one. A guy from another planet, he feels lonely for being almost the last of his race, but would never surrender in defending humanity. he even fought fist to fist with an archangel who went rogue.
Is hard to choose a favorite, but I would go with Spiderman.

I know little about the three, but I like Spidey. He's not natural (anymore), but he's not overly powerful either.
Spiderman is more interesting.

Batman....He is ultra rich yet still cares enough to put himself on the line to help those less fortunate instead of just kicking back counting his money

Spiderman by far. he is pretty much the ultimate hero. fast, strong, smart. But he is still young, conflicted, tourtured, yet still manages to do the right thing.
