Bleach your skin. Not actual bleach, of course. But there are skin lightening products on the market.

bye the way how much dark are u
u rate urself either1) dusky,2) dark ,3) quite dark
well if u are quite dark ie the 3rd category ,don ever think of gettin fair, if u are dark then use fairness creams,sunscreen lotions etc and if u are dusky just dont come out in the sun for a couple of weeks u will become fairer soon.

Take a showe before going to sleep? Yea, ok... I'm not sure that'll have an affect on nothin other than hygiene. Common sense; stay out of the sun as much as possible. If you're not naturally fair-skinned then forget about it.

Why should one get fair? Beautify is not in colour. Cleopatra was black. Do not attempt to change the God given colour. Make yourself appealing with your existing features. Study your features and find out the best suited make up dress and hair style.

why do you want to be fair for. this is real sick im indian and all my life people judge me saying im a darkie when im actually light like beyone knowles. why do u think fair skin is attractive? even if u get fair skin what makes u think u will get accepted by anyone

Stay away from the sun and/or get some skin lightening cream or somethin'. Ultimately, just steer clear of the sun.

Besides avoiding the sun, try using a pale foundation on your face. The lightest color I have found is DIORSKIN Fluide in ivory (shade 100).

Dark complexion looks very nice if you take care of your skin.
The way you can avoid getting darker is to stay out of the sun.
