My boyfriend and I have a son.I know we should be married but the reason we were not is because he is such a jerk.He lies and kicks me(which leave bruises)and I don't want to leave him because we have a son and i want us to be a family.Also I have been ignoring my BFF cuz of him.Could you tell me if I should listen to my bff or stay with my guy?And why.And please tell me how i could make it up to her.

I think you should leave him. You definitely do not want your son growing up like that. Share custody. I'm sure your bff understands the situation anyway. Just apologize to her.

My BFF is my guy, as should be in any commited relationship. However this is not a healthy relationship and you need to get help for you and your son. He is learning to hit and treat women less than dogs. You have bigger fish to fry than if your BFF will forgive you. Your child is priority number one and you hit a close second. Get safe, get help and heal. Maybe after all that is done you can think about others

well if raising your son that always see his dad kick his mom.... i dont think its worth it to marry the guy.. your son will probably have more hardtime and might learn from his dad that kicking ladies are ok... go on what ur BFF says... she only wants goodthing for you.. just tell her the reason why you didnt listen to her and admit ur wrong for not listening... thats good enough to make it up for her.. and you deserve a better man than the guy you have now.. belive theres a man out there who will care for you no matter what..

i think you should leave him.....think on your son's best interest.....do you want him to see how his father treat's you? then he might get the idea that's how to treat women......i know you want to have a family but you do but it doesn't have to include the father.....being a single parent isn't all that bad.....you should make up with your best friend because "men may come and go but true friendship last forever" trust me all will be the way it suppose to be in the end........
