Which ones can you live without? Since each system has an action that requires the help of another system, they are equally important. Just like computer memories, our bodies have some safeguards that allow us to function without a limb or without a kidney and with the help of some artifical or transplanted means, but certain aspects of your life will be diminished. Don't believe for one minute that any part of the human body is less important than any other.

Which system? For what species? Some don't have a skeletal system, or muscular system.

Overall, I think I'd say the nervous system is the most important. What good would we be without a brain to control the other systems?

You can't live without your heart, brain, heart, kidneys, pancreas, skin, liver, lungs... you get the idea.

All of them are organs and all of them are necessary for survival, so I would be hard pressed to name a single most important organ.

the autonomic nervous system because it controls all of the
involuntary functions. Just imagine if people had control over this system in their bodies....Most people would be dead.
