Why? If the child likes what she is doing why should the 'adults' make her stop. Her mother is just letting her live her dream and live like her dad did. She probably feels closer to her dad when shes with the animals. your not sane.

I saw Larry King Live last night. I could not have been more impressed with Terry and her daughter Bindi. Child exploitation how? Seriously - did you watch the show? or just trying to stir controversy. Because if you watched the same show I did, you saw a greiving widow who is vowing to continue on with her husbands message of conservation, and you saw a little girl, who was absolutely delightful. She has a passion to be on the stage and sing and dance to songs about animals. What is wrong with that? She already has a huge following, she is highly intelligent, talented, and one of the most well mannered little girls I have ever seen. If I were her Mom, I would be so proud of her. I wish her and her mother nothing but the best, and I also wish them thick skin for they have to deal with the likes of people like you, BY CRIKEY!!!

Phil - yeah you, down below this a few

If you watched the show, you would have seen that her "teacher" was right there with her. She travels with her. Bindi is home schooled. She at one time went to public school, didn't like it, so her parents were able to hire that same teacher, and she is now devoted one on one to Bindi. She will get a better education with the life she has, and the teacher she has, than any of us can imagine.

There is no explotation there. They live in and promote the Australian Zoo, and the life Bindi is beginning to lead with her own TV show and the world promotion of wildlife is the life that they have been groomed for during at least three generations in that family. Irwin's parents did the same.
There are many families that literally "breed" firemen and policemen, and all the while knowing it's a dangerous line and that many of them will be hurt or killed. No one says this is wrong.

Bindi Irwin is the daughter of the late Steve (Crocodile Hunter) Irwin.
She is doing exactly what she wants, & her mother couldn't stop her if she tried. This little girl has the same drive & desire as her deceased father. So if you know anything about Steve Irwin, you will know that this little girl is unstoppable.

Bindi was around her father and his job, since she was a small child, she has always been there,so its not child exploitation. She obviously wants to do this, nobody pushed her into it.

Bindi was already in the lime light, and enjoyed it, before her fathers death. Her mother and family know that little girls spirit and they will make the choices that are best for her.

that child is folloing in her fathers foot steps, from a very young age she has been with him learning what he does becuase she loved being with her dad and loved what he did and her mum whats her to carry on doing what she loves best. Bindi is very grown up for her age and his death will make her grow up even faster now that everyone is watching her

Whether Bind really wants this or her Mother does is for them to decide. What we are seeing is the continuation of a 'brand', basically her fathers work in a corporate wrapping. The lawyers and production crew have families to support as well!

Bindi had already landed her own TV show before her father was killed. This isn't about capitalizing on a tragedy, but allowing a little girl to do what she loves in spite of a tragedy.

I think this is just her way of doing something she loves and carrying on her fathers' legacy. She's so cute and smart and she also knows how to handle the media. She's like a grown woman.
