I'm a gothic punk and my clothes are starting to fade -.- I got woolite and soaked my clothes and threw them in the washer, but I added a little woolite to the wash. But is this ok to do? As long do a light cold wash with a 2nd rise is is ok?

Probably but be sure to use a lot less than you would for a conventional washer (about 75% less).

I've used conventional detergents in HE washers but had to use less to prevent over sudsing. That is the problem - too many suds.

Absolutely. I've done the exact same thing with my blacks, in my HE washer using that Woolite stuff and its works as good if you did it in a plain jane washer. But yeah, just be sure to use cold water, and if you really want the blacks to stay black, hang em up to dry, or lay em out flat. Dont toss em in the dryer.

Yes, Woolite is safe in all washers.

The Woolite won't be a problem for your clothes but it might be for the washer..use a lot less... when we bought our HE the installer said using non-HE detergents would void the warranty and cause the machine to wear out faster due to soap build up.
