If it was used properly and there were no leaks, holes, overflows, etc., I would say the chances of someone getting pregnant are like 1%, because there is always that randomn "I have no idea what happened"

There is still a chance of course. It much more slim than if you used nothing at all but it is still very possible. As for the percentage of the woman being pregnant, I could not tell you for sure.
