It would depend on the time of day the fight took place. If it was at night Cheezy the Cheetah would have that advantage, but if in the morning, Tony the Tiger would take the lead.

Tony the Tiger because he eats Corn Flakes, Cheezy the Cheetah just eats Cheetoes and they don't have anything that good in them. Corn Flakes have all kinds of good things in them. :)

I think it would be Cheezy cuz Tony looks like a boyscout who would fight fairly and Cheezy wouldn't so Cheezy would take advantage and win.
