Most gas stations are independantly owned and operated. If you were treated poorly by an employee, as with any business where someone is supposed to be catering to you as a customer, you report your experience to the owner. Write a letter to the Owner of the station, you don't have to know his name, and send a copy of your letter to the Exxon corporation. Be sure to put 'cc to corporate headquarters' with the address, at the bottom of your letter, this will let the owner know. You can google the secretary of state for your state, look up the business portal, look up the Exxon corp and the address will be there.

Always speak up for yourself.

I think most of the gas stations are independent and locally owned. However, here's an e-mail address if you want to contact Exxon's corporate headquarters. www.exxon.mobil.com. Or your can call them at 972-444-1000. Or write to them at: Exxon-Mobil
5959 Las Colinas Blvd.
Irving, TX 75039

Usually, the manager of the station.

For the most part, each station is franchised, which means it's not owned or operated by the corporation. The employees are hired by the local owner, so he's the one to speak with regarding their behavior.
