I just watched this, but my DVD screwed up at the end and I couldn't watch the last 3 chapters... I saw up to where he finds out Lucinda is in on it, then he follows her out of the train station, she kisses the guy, and then it cut out!
I know he gets the money back, but how? Anything else happen? I'm so frustrated!

great ending. one movie where whatever i wanted to happen did. i will give you a brief but detailed walkthru.
clive owen's character finds out anniston's character is in on it, like you said. also turns out she is not the lady she said, she was a temp there. so he tails her and her new mark.... some dope.... to the same train and same hotel (which was kinda silly) where xibit's character is working there as a security guard.
clive checks into the hotel and looks thru his peep hole and sees the french guy (forgot his name) picking the lock to break in on anniston and her new mark and do the same thing again. clive bashes his head in, pulls him in the room. the look on anistons face is classic. they argue, you know, aniston says hes lying, but clive tells the mark the story, the mark panics and tries to grab clives gun, and all hell breaks loose, everyone gets shot.... aniston, the new mark, and the main french bad dude. xibit hears the shots and runs in, gets blasted. everyone dies.... so you think.... clive goes back to his room, the cops question him briefly, then he goes downstairs and sees the briefcase behind the counter, and claims it. the money is still in it.
than clives character charlie gets convicted of stealing the 10k from his office to give the french dude and gets a sentence of teaching inmates at a prison. he gets an essay from one of the students that is the story of the movie, and it says to go to the laundry room. in short, clive goes in and the main bad dude is there, with a new glass eye, and says to clive "you dont know how happy i was to see you came here, its like it was meant to be for me to kill you" then clive says.... classic line.... 'i chose this prison', and pulls out the rza's shank that rza gave him right before his wig got split in the car, and shanks the french dude, killing him.
rzas uncle, the detective, comes in and it looks like he knows whats up with what happened. i think he was either in on it or let it slide because it avenged his nephews death. he said "some people never got a second chance" so in short clive gets away with it and rza is avenged, he got the dough back for his daughter, and all parties got what they had coming. he ended up losing only the original 20 grand total. good movie.

He follows her and finds out she is meeting this other dude and is going to do the same thing she did to him. Anyway, her follows them to the same hotel and busts in on them and waits for the guy with the gun to show up. In the fight that comes, Jennifer Aniston gets shot and dies. You find out though that she felt really guilty about doing what she did because of Clive Owen's daughter and the fact that he was saving that money for her. It was a good movie but I knew Jennifer Aniston was in on it from the beginning so there was not much surprise from me at the end.

OMG what an intense movie. That was an outstanding job that Jennifer Aniston did in that movie. I hate that your DVD cut out on you. Well she gets another guy in the same situation that she did with the first man, he follows them back to the room and he holds them up with a gun, he explains situation to the victom, and well they all pretty get shot except for him. Just to make a long story short. But you really need to try and watch the end, really intense.

I can't remember exactly what happened, but he follows her around for a bit, sees her go to all the same places he went with her, then follows her to the hotel room. I think he gets into the room before her boyfriend/robber/rapist and then confronts her, tells the guy she's with whats happening, then the "robber" comes in, and there's a gun fight, and she gets shot and dies.. I can't remember exactly what happens, but he gets gis money back, and the "robber" gets pinned for it or something..... like I said, my memory is rotten, so I hope that was it :-)
....... that's right, TLH jogged my memory. He gets a teaching job in the jail, and if you remeber at the start he was reading the story, like a novel... then herealises it's the same story, and it was written by one of the students. It was the french guy, so he goes somewhere out of the way, and the french guy attacks him or something... so he stabs him with that plastic knife thing his friend gave him and says something like.... "I got to chose which jail i worked in" so he knew that the french guy would be in his class all along, and deliberitely got the job so he could stab him, and claim it was self defence.

all three of the people scamming him get killed.he gets the money from the hotel and gets community service for taking the money from his job and works in a jail where the french guy is and stabs him with the shank that his friend gave him.
