This can also cut down on child molesting stalkers, inappropriate content requirements and government funding to control the internet, and still remain cost-effective throughout the country. In conclusion, Sample's Law will require all internet users to obtain an eighth-grade education before jumping into it.

You seem to have all the answers, perhaps you should be in some governmental job so that you could keep us all in line. It occurs to me that it is often those in higher political positions that say we should support our country and then turn around and are outraged that there are those that have an opposing position.
