Remain with your parents until you finish your education. I understand that you want to be a family under the same roof. This can wait. You have to insure that you can take care of yourself weather your relationship works or not. I know it is difficult given the fact that you have already had a baby. At least your parents will be available to help with the baby when you need to study and get to classes.

Barring that if you get married your husband could probably get the housing under his name and maybe his or your parents can sign on the lease as co-signers.

Good luck and Congratulations on the birth of your baby.

I don't know how you go about it but I just wanted to say good luck and congratulations my fiance and I have been together for 3years and friends for 2years before that he is going to be 23 in October and I will be 19 in July I had our baby a year and a half ago and don't listen to all of these people telling you your makeing a mistake... some people find their soulmates when they are in their 20's or 30's even 40's but some LUCKY people like us find them when we are young! I totally understand I can't wait to get married and live like the family we are. we are just waiting a little longer to get married because my parents are paying for the wedding and they have to pay off somethings first.. good luck... call around and ask how you go about it I'm sure since you have your parents permission there shouldn't be too much of a hassle but I'm not for sure... good luck and congratulations

and again don't listen to the crap like "he is a molester" and $HIT nothing will happen you guyz had your parents permission and now you both are older and still together they can't come after your bf now that is just crap! and please finish your education it is very important! good luck !

If you have your parents consent, it doesn't matter. Just go to your county to file for a marriage license and then you can get married at your local city hall or county courthouse or even a church after the blood tests and the waiting period.
As for you not wanting to wait to become a family, don't worry, you already are a family. It doesn't take a marriage license to make you a family.
I hope you will stay in school and get your diploma. They make allowances to help out young mothers, and you may only have to go part of the day or something. Check it out. Good luck.

No. In all honesty no. Don't do it. You need to go to the county court house to begin with.

1) At 14 were the same person you are now? NO! You are changing, and you are going to keep changing. Your "boyfriend is too."

2) Don't get married for the sake of the baby. If you do, you're going to end up getting divorced for the sake of the baby too.

3) Marriage is tough, especially with a kid. The fact that your boyfriend has been with you since you were 12 and he was 17 is really terrifying. Personally I would report him as a molester. You even having his child screams prison.

4) Love isn't going to get you through marriage. While it's a great part of marriage, love isn't the only thing you need in life.

If you have your parents consent, there shouldn't be any problem. Go to city hall (bring your parents) and fill out the form for a marriage license. You will all need state or gov issued ID, birth certificates, proof of address and money for the application fee. The people at city hall will tell you what to do next.

If you want to grow old with him I would wait. I was 16 when I got pregnant and if I had married him we would have not been together 12 yrs later and 2 more children. I lived with my parents and he lived with his. Remember you guys will grow up into different people, if your married and no space you can't get to know the new people you become. We didn't move in together until we were 23. Enjoy your youth, if it is meant to be you all will stay together.

Go to the court house and get your marriage certificate. Bring your parents because they will need to sign the consent form.

Go to the court house they should have documentation that your parents can sign giving consent for your marriage. If I were you I would wait you are still so young.

then you can get married since you have your parents consent. Hope you don't end up divorced like so many people out there and I'm not picking on your age just everyone these days gets a divorce so I hope you and he can make it work.
