my friend currently lives with her boyfriend they are renting an apartment its $2000 dollars per month ( about $330.00US ) but she moved in with him with the agreement that he would pay the rent cus she works for $2500.00 they have been there for about two months and he hasnt got a job as yet and all the strain is on her ( they also have a 2yr old who he refuses to look after so she has to pay a sitter also) so she asked me what i think she should do cus she wants to put him out and at the same time she says she loves him a lot any suggestions on what i should tell her?

She is better off on her own. He doesn't help out not with a job nor taking care of the child. He sounds lazy and like a total loser. He isn't taking care of his own? He is not a real man. Then I would kick him to the curb. I would rather be a single mom than my ex come back into my life.
I don't know what country you are from..however I know in Canada you can apply for Child Care Subsidy, that means the government may pay a portion of Child Care, depending on her income.
Sitter's cost too much. Tell her to put her son in Daycare that way her child interacts with other children as well, for social skills. It will be better in the long run, so that the child is learning as well.

she should try and talk to him about it. If he doesn't change then she should kick him out, because if they have a child and he won't even attempt to help her then he must not really care about her. I'd say kick him, but give him a chance to change first.

tell her to think of it as a test.
He can come back when he straightens up.
Surely can get some assistance if he does not and maybe a better man.
