OK, fairly well nowhere. May I ask (I would hate to be presumptuous) if this has anything to do with the minimum wage? If it does, then the implied reasoning is not applicable. There will always be a bottom. If you decide to screw someone and make babies (it doesn't just happen out of nowhere) then you should have furthered yourself to a point where you can afford to support those children. If you cannot, you have no reason to get someone pregnant. And no, it is not the fault of the contraceptive, they are all less than perfect, and they even tell you on the packaging and in the commercials that this is true. So no, it is not my responsibility nor your right to take money from me because you (generalized term) decided to take a chance and lost the bet and now your child needs support. Get a better job. I worked low paying jobs all my life until my ex got pregnant. After that, I went to work in a warehouse which was not easy at all, and I am not built for it. I am 5 feet tall, and weigh 120 lbs, but I forced myself to sling cases weighing 50 - 100 lbs for ten hours a day, because it was my duty to my son to provide for him. And yes, raising the minimum wage does take money out of my pocket, because a corporation does not pay its employees or taxes, the consumers do, and the people making minimum wage are still stuck on the bottom until they find a better job. And yes, there are jobs to be had. The app. 5% or so unemployment rate does not exclude those that choose not to work. I have not gone more than 5 weeks without a job, and I have not had a car most of my working life. Like I said, I would hate to be presumptuous, you may just be doing research.

Burns, Kansas, you could live with the Amish. You wouldn't need electricity or any "worldly" possesions. Or maybe on a reservation of some kind here in Arizona.
