How to replace windshield washer pump on 1995 Mercry Villager van ?

The fluid reservoir is full and the fuse is OK, when I turn on the pump, wiper moves but there is no spray.

If the pump is not broken, how do I prime it so that it functions.

the wipers are a seperate motor than the pump, the hose on the pump could have a clog in it. the resevoir motor is afixed to the bottom of the resevoir remove it and unbolt it from the tank, its real simple,
