My friend is in her 30's - she is still a virgin and doesn't intend on having sex before she gets married, I commend her and you. I think it wasn't easy because you have never had sex before - don't worry it will get easier and better. Try some lubricant if this continues.

Men are very rough on the female body and if this was your 1st encounter with a man it does hurt alittle. You have to communicate that to your partner. If he loves you he will be gentler until yo get used to him pounding you.
