Dude look very close at the heads I took some headers off a 305 and they did not fit on a 350. Some people say that all chevy's are the same all except the 305. 327,350,383 all use the standard 350 block but the 305 is a different animal altogether. So look at the head many 305 heads actually have two bolt holes at the rear of the block so they can use either a 305 or a 350 header. If your header uses the last bolt hole you have a 305 header and it will not fit on a 350 Block. If ,however your header uses the bolt hole nearest the exhaust port you have a 350 header and it will transfer just fine.

If the truck is the same year yes. However the 305 headers should have the smallest primaries you can find - 1 5/8 - 1 3/4. If it's simply noise your after go for it. The stock 305 is not a twister or performer by any stretch. If you do it with dual pipes keep a close eye on the plugs If your motor still has a Rochester two or four barrel Quadrajet, be prepared to re-jet the primarys and hang smaller tipped metering rods in the secondary. You may want to un-wind the torsion spring a tad in the secondary air valves located on the left rear upper corner as you face the windshield.

As long as both engines are of the Vortec type (where the valve covers have bolts down the top center in lieu of around the edges) it will fit. But the 305 and 350 are essentially the same engine externally. The difference is in the bore and stroke. The block itself is identical.
The only thing that might give you an issue are the drive axles if the truck with the 350 has 4 wheel drive or a skid plate in the way. Other than that it should not be a problem. It was around that time that they were making the transition between the older 350's and the Vortec so make sure that both engines are indeed of the same type.

yep all small block chevys are the same exhaust manifold patterns.the only differences are position of accessories, p/s , a/c pwr brk booster steering linkages. can be the only hassles with headers but 90 % are all interchangeable.

Yes but stay on level pavement. Speed bumps must be "negotiated" . Your truck is now a car -what a waste!
