Hello, today is my 16th b-day and all i wanted was my drivers licence, my mom said she had everything, that is until yesterday.. But anyway, I was wondering if there is any possible way that I can get my social security card today??

Edsel is the only right answer. You go to the SS office, they give you a temporary SS card. The drivers license bureau does accept a temporary SS card . Good luck on your test and drive carefully.
PS: If you already have a SS number they will give you a duplicate card on the spot. You should take your Birth Certificate with you to the SS office.
