Depends on how Yahoo is feeling. Good mood=not chatting ...Bad mood= everyone's chatting. Consistancy is not their greatest strength.

yes in a way it is chatting but without any one responding to u they ask questions and then we read them and give them our answers so realy this is a yes and no question and answer now im all confused i need to go think about this
