I'm sorry to tell you that the medical definition of menopause is having not had a period for a year. See the latest issue of Newsweek.

IF you haven't reached menopause you can still get pregnant. I'd check with the doctor to see if you are going into the beginning stages of menopause. It may not be, but you want to make sure.
Good luck!

talk to your doc
stranger thing happen, but I predict this missing p is a sign of
menopause, that not necessarily mean that your p will not come back my sister in law did not have her p for a 11/2 and out of the blue she start having it again sometime every 2 months or 4 until it stop completely
the best thing will be for you to see your doc and tell him or her what you want if you truly want a child go talk to fertility specialist

That depends on a lot of factors. I would have a female examination and the doctor will tell you better if you can still get pregnant. That is pretty late, though, if that is what you want. I'd see the doctor soon.

Not naturally, sounds like you've gone through menopause already and are no longer ovulating. There's always IVF I suppose...

until you have complete menopause, yes you can.. check with you doctor to see if menopause is the reason your cycle has stopped and not anything else.

no you can not get pregnany if you are not having a regular cycle which means that you are not ovulating, you can not conceive without ovulation, you have to ovulate to get pregnant, see your ob-gyn to see why did it stop or have you hit menopause?

I doubt it, but you need to see your doctor at this age yearly, anyway... so make an appt for an annual and talk to him about it.
