BOXER'S LOW BLOW
January 12, 2007 -- Democratic Sen. Barbara Boxer, an appalling scold from California, wasted no time yesterday in dragging the debate over Iraq about as low as it can go - attacking Secre tary of State Condoleezza Rice for being a childless woman.

you would think that condie would be upheld by the femi-nazis as a god, what with her position in government and not marrying a filthy man and being childless, eh? but no, they have a double standard when it comes to conservatives. god, and she is even black.....
you know, i am a teacher in a middle school. during black history month last year, the social studies did a bulletin board in the hallway with pictures of famous black women throughout history. was condie's picture up there? she, at one time being, A. black, B. a woman, C. the most powerful woman in the world, D. that she is the epitome of the american dream, especially for a minority, come from nothing and become someone! no, her picture was absent. i questioned the teacher regarding this, and as per usual, he was a flaming liberal and did not guide students, but was indoctrinating them. it made me ill and i was sure to discuss the bulletin board in my class and how important it was, and did they leave anyone off...... i do what i can. sigh...

A more important question to me, is....do the American people want elected officials in office who will decide how to defend and protect America on the basis of what is best for their OWN family? Would you say it is only those who have loved ones serving who should make policy? She presented a specious and wholly self-serving statement, as usual playing to the sound bite. Condoleeza Rice has served this country well, and works harder every day than 99% of those who sit on their computers asking illiterate and denigrating questions.

Looking at this myself now. It was very tasteless and nonproductive. I am just surprised that the NY post is taking the side of a member of the Bush administration.

Wow. That's a pretty weak argument. Boxer stated that (much like herself) Condi was not at risk of losing a loved one in Iraq. Since Boxer is also not at risk of losing a loved one, was she attacking herself as well? No wonder you guys lost power - your attempts at provoking phony outrage are getting more and more pathetic with each passing day......

,Unfortunately for some,while exercising the right to free speech, TRUTHS are said that sometimes hurt feelings, If the statement is determined to be slanderous, then she should sue, if not ,simply accept the truth as a hurtful situation But PLEASE....NO WHINING..!!!!
