Go to your local carpet outlet and expain the problem. They usually have de-odorizer that uses hormones to neutralize the odor. One brand I have used is "Anti-Ickypoo". No kidding.

Those carpet cleaning machines, with steam power.
I think SharperImage sells a small one perfect for sofas and such, but I don't know if the cords can reach your car.
Or get those steamer you find in a drugstore and spray area with lots of steam, and wipe with LOTS of paper towel, and repeat and repeat and repeat. THEN spray it with with Lysol and such.
