I am looking for some information on local surgens that do breast implants. I live in the Pittsburgh region. I am a C cup and I am looking to go to DD....I am a tall girl so larger will not look out of place.

I am past the age for children..I have one of each and breast fed both. I was a heavy D before pregancy and a DD during, now after wards I am a C. The more weight I drop the smaller my breasts get. I like my breasts and get alot of attention now, but hubby wants me to get them for his (and his friends) enjoyment. I get very tired of hearing how "small I am" and that he will pay for "new" ones

A full C is a perfect size for breasts. PLEASE reconsider getting implants. They will only cause pain (literally!).
I was a natural 38J (yes there is a J cup) for a long time. I had back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, grooves in my shoulder because of my heavy breasts, and rashes under my breasts.
DO YOU really want to do it? Please don't get them because your guy wants you to.

Do NOT get breast implants, they have to do a lot of cutting and the implant are not realistic at all. Forget what you see on TV, it is all hype. A C cup is a nice size, not too small and not too big, DD is a huge size and have trouble finding bras to fit. Forget about breast feeding when you have implants, and when woman are large chested, men just want only one thing from you. Stay the way you are, God made you perfect. There is this new magazine that comes out 4 times a year called
"New Beauty". This magazines gives you information on all the top plastic surgeon inthe USA.
Before you get such large implants. Take if from a woman who is a 44ddd. I've been large all my life. When you exercise you will need to wear atleast two to three bras. Doing jumping Jacks will never be the same.
If you read GQ magazine" Men like women with normal sized breasts". Yes they will probably drift into a strippers club to see amazing breast implants. But when they go home to wifey they like those "A, B, C" cups. When you get older and your breast drop, the smaller the better.
As for the Drag Queens, "They like to Imitate Cher, Diana Ross, Dietrich, and Monroe. With the exception of Monroe everyone else is an average if not smaller breast size.
So think it over.

Are you SURE you want to get implants? A C-cup on a tall girl is perfect. I have a good friend who is a DD and she absolutely hates the fact that guys are constantly having a conversation with her chest. Do you like the idea of being eye-candy for every guy who passes you on the street? Do you really want guys who are more interested in your rack (and getting their hands on your new DD's) than who you are as a person? It's up to you, but my opinion is you shouldn't mess with what God gave you.

Let C's be C's! Your going to get bigger boobs and your current nipples will be too small for the D's. Not to mention possible scars, lopsidedness, and surgery risks. Why would anyone be stupid enought to go under the knife for that?
My wife has Cs and love them dearly. Small is not a bad look on a women. More than a mouthful is a waste and you avoid all of the fun-bag jokes. Hope you stay a C :)

Please dont!! I lived there for six years and having saw a lot of implants I only saw three worth seeing again. not a good average-and probably not an accurate cross section of boobs in the burg but never-the-less its not LA. Besides a C is perfect if ur anyware close to a 30"38" chest. Why r u considering this anyway.

Why do you want to get implants? Going to a DD even with a tall frame will be flirting with back troubles.

ur stupid. Why? Stay the way u are, is it for more attention. Do u know how many complications can come from that. Ur probably beautiful u dont need them god made u perfect dont alter urself.
