I SUPPOSE GRAPHIC WISE THE PS3 AND THE XBOX360 IS THE BEST BUT I THINK THE NINTENDO WII IS BETTER DUE TO THE FACT IT GETS YOU OFF YOUR **** LOL

Playstation 3, and let me tell you why...
1. it plays blu-ray discs, which will eventually become superior to conventional DVD's... blu-ray disc is better quality than a DvD
2. internet play is free, and in the long run the cost of the 360 + xbox live will eventually become higher than the price of the PS3... so basically, you in fact save money if you buy the PS3.
3. The graphics are really good and far surpass that of the 360 and Wii. Some ppl might argue this, but take this fact into account.... 360 came out a year earlier, giving the manufacturers of the PS3 plenty of time to review what the 360 was capable of, and get a headstart on improving their own system to surpass the 360.
Hopefully these reasons helped to shape a better picture of what system you should buy.

Xbox - Already out, so game programmers are used to it. Also, its well established. Plenty of games, plenty of proven fun. Down sides: No Blueray or HD-DVD support, which means games will have either limited graphics or limited play. Also, online costs $$.
Wii - Not the most technical, but it's aimed at more simple fun. So many games are getting so complicated that people looking for some easy fun get lost. Plus the Wiimote makes the games more exciting by getting you to use the actions your character uses. It falls short though if you're looking for a game to knock your socks off
PS3 - The Cell processor is phenominal, especially for online play. It comes with the most features...wireless connectivity, media inputs, bluetooth controllers with motion sensors, etc. Best of all, it'll take Blueray discs which can hold 10x the amount of info as a regular DVD. So graphics can be 10x better, or games 10x longer, etc. Downside, its been difficult to program games for the Cell processor, so immediate games are put together kinda sloppy.
Bottom line: For the gamer today, Xbox360. For the gamer tomorrow, PS3. For the family, Wii.

GTA will be released for both the PS3 and 360 on the same day. Sony had the option of getting GTA IV first, but Sony was either too slow to respond or didn't take up Rockstar's offer, so now it will come to both systems simutaneously.
FF series (with the exception of FFXI and the Crystal Chronicles) is still a Sony exclusive.
Just had to add that in.
Personally, I like the PS3 better because it has more of the games that I want to play, like FF, MGS, and DMC. It also has more 3rd party support than the other 2 systems.
Don't really care about Blu-ray or HD-DVD because the PS3 and the 360 HD-DVD add-on aren't meant for watching movies. Those players are of the cheapest quality. If I want to watch Blu-ray or HD-DVD movies, I'll just get a Blu-ray or HD-DVD player.

I have the Wii and the Xbox 360. The wii presently has a very limited amount of downloads available. I'm sure more will be coming. The games seem geared toward Little kids but I expect that will change and they will release games for all type of genres and ages. So...to answer your question...I prefer the Wii at this moment. Better variety of games.

The PS3 also have a better processor to faster loading and the graphics are better then both Xbox and Wii. PS3 also have way more contracts with game makers. More title will come out on PS3 first. Like GTA and Final Fantasy.

It depends personality if you like to have fun games chose the wii if you like challenges nd gore x box 360 my opinion is wii but thts just me

how about spelling school? ahah i think the playstation is is the best but the price is a b*tch..xbox is worth the price but you know theres a better one out there....wii sucks after a while everyone will get tired of moving arround like a dumb*** in front of their tv
