he treated me yesterday in front of like 5 people and i let him get away with it cuz i need my job. is that co-dependancy? i need to stay working there 2 least 4 months until the end of spring semester cuz of my class schedule hours and his flexibility.

lovin all the answers so far, i did talk to him, but i'm still not satisfied and do not want to go to a higher chain of command... p.s. treated is slang for mistreated.

If you are having a problem with the way your boss treats you then talk to him about it. Be very frank and ensure he is aware that you dislike that type of behaviour. If that doesn't work take it to someone higher in the chain of command.

Well first of all.... what the heck is treated? He treated you... lol Maybe you better stay and thank God that someone is willing to work with someone that rough. Or better yet, go out and work for yourself. If you have a brain with that attitude you might just be able to make it on your own. When you work for someone else, you are there b.... I never was a good employee.

Rude people are usually rude to everyone. I'm sure everyone who saw him treat you badly knows what he's like and won't think differently of you because of what he might have said. I think you should just ignore it.
