You can go to www.brainybetty.com. She has some really cool templates and great tips and tricks. I use her a lot.
Or you can make your own template in the master view. Depending on your topic you can cusomize it to hold the theme.

some of the ones on this site are a little bit cheesy, but they might get the job done. however, your best bet (if you have adobe illustrator or indesign on you computer) would be to design them yourself! you would get exactly what you were looking for without the hassle of searching for them on the internet...
