The only thing that could firewall a program is a firewall. Either Norton or Windows firewall. You should have one active not both.

have you windows firewall activated if so go into start then control panel then windows firewall then exceptions and add limewire to the list of exceptions click save or apply ok hun or maybe its popup blocker not allowing it right click on popup icon and click always allow this sight

Becareful with that limewire.I tried to delete it and as soon as I did It made my computer go nuts.It was stillon there !!I had viruses from it!I actually had to go and f12 my whole thing to get rid of it.Yahoo wouldnt have anything to do with it.Try Kazaa I got that it works like a charm.

check windows firewall ,you can add limewire as an exception

Don't use Limewire it will virus you to pieces

if your useing a router you need to open the specific router ports
