Not sure how thin you are thinking but wetsuits are usually categorized by thickness in millimetres for torso and extremities so a thin wetsuit i.e. for tropical diving would be 3-2 being 3mm on the torso and 2mm on the arms and legs. So the size you are referring to could be a 2-1, if there is any smaller I'm not sure ... but there are also Lycra wetsuits this may be what you are referring to.

If you just want a lycra or polypropelene suit (not neoprene, like a surfing or diving wet suit), then it is called a "dive skin". The aquablade and other suits mentioned in previous answers are for competition swimming and can be quite expensive.

Usually full body suits are called aquablades, which repels water so that swimmers can move faster through the water. They are used for big swim meets to drop time

i use wet suits for diving so when i am trying a new dive i won't smack. i called it a smack suit.
