You can use µTorrent (µ - Alt + 0181):

Put it anywhere, run it, accept association of .torrent files with µTorrent and go to Options -> Preferences -> Connection and make sure that the Enable UPnP checkbox is checked.
Put your download and upload speeds in the boxes at the bottom of the window. Click OK. Exit or minimize.
Go to:
http://www.isohunt.com
and search for the movie. Try to find and entry with as many S-es (seeders) as possible - the ones above. Click on it, then click "Download .torrent".
Save it on your computer, then open it with ENTER or double-click. Choose a destination. Minimize µTorrent. It will close to the system tray. Let the PC open and verify in a few minutes the ETA (Estimated Time remAining). You can also, at Options -> Preferences -> General, in the bottom-right, check "Start µTorrent on system startup" to automatically start it with Windows. Don't be afraid of closing your computer - the download will continue from where it has interrupted (although the download is not in order, you can only watch the movie when it's over).

There is one websit I know that you can watch movies for free. Some of the newest movies that just came out are there, but you can't download them, you'll have to watch them online, but each chapter is a seperate part that you will have to choose each time the chapter ends. See if you like it.

there are no sites for downloading movies for free. You need a program to do that, like bittorrrent or mIRC
