Try having it somewhere u like to hang out.. Ur friends can all meet u there - no decor on ur part- just let the place know ur gonna have a party of so many and if they can make sure they have room for u guys maybe a bowling alley- skating rink- dance club- restaurant- game room- wherever u hang out
I think it depends on what ur into... I know a boy who had a sort of Celeb party (not foreal) where everybody had to come dressed up as somebody famous and gave out awards for the best costume.. they gave away bling(not real lol) and had different celeb type things goin on.. play name that song or finish these lyrics...

Make it a toga party or a pajama party. Everyone has to dress in togas or some type of sleep wear. The ladies will bring some provacative sleep wear out the wood works. You can also make it an all white party if you think you are too old for a toga or pajama party. But toga parties are college traditions. And the pajama one is just a classic guarantee good time. A party idea: don"t organize any.Just behave as if it was a normal day(and that"s exactly what your birthday is!)
