Have a crazy scavenger hunt.

Make a list of crazy task & finds & make each on worth a certain amount of points. Give a time list & the team with the most points wins. Give each team a video camera to capture the fun.

It's so fun watching what each team did.

Bowling, mini race track (if you have one around you), take him and a couple of his friends to a sports game (whichever team he likes), arcade place.
