How can I learn to sew?

Is there free websites that teaches how to draw a pattern and how to cut fabrics?

Sewing is great fun, and a quick web search will lead you to some helpful sites. One you might want to check is www.sewing.org

I would also suggest that you look into some hands-on instruction, and do start simple to get the feel of it. Often sewing machine stores offer classes, and though they are usually free with the purchase of a sewing machine, but you might be able to work something out at no charge.

Or perhaps you could work a trade with a sewing enthusiast at your local senior center -- sewing lessons in exchange for your running some errands or sharing some other skill you have. (Most of us who love to sew also love to share our enthusiasm and skills with others, often just for the joy of it!)

Go to your local fabric store...they usually have beginner's classes starting every few months. Check your yellow pages or try looking up a store online for the closest location. JoAnn Fabrics and Field's Fabrics are a couple of nationwide chains.

Try calling your local community education office to see if they offer a learn-to-sew class.

they do have books and patterns for people who are just starting to learn w/ step by step instructions. sewing is easy once you learn it. it's more time consuming than anything. if nothing else get a felony sentence and they'll teach you lol
