Filipino women are great leaders, they think out of the box which is a great trait for any women whether she is a leader or not.But sometimes this trait get them into trouble because this is when we are called "changing of minds",we tend to change minds if we think that the solution is not the best.About Pres Gloria,I only have one thing to say, whether our president is a woman or a man,if the filipinos don't help we cannot prosper, remember, the president is only 1% of the total government and we people compose of the 97%.We always blame the government, but we never blame ourselves.

No way!!! Ate Glue is a lying cheating disaster for the country. She had to reward her generals with cushy cabinet and advisory jobs.
If the peso has improved some 12%, why are the prices going up?
There are very few women that I'd consider good leaders for the country. One is Loren Legarda, another that may develop with age is Gloria's daughter (no experience, but seems honest).

Well Nash, the problem in the Philippines cannot be solved overnight. Whoever sits in the Palace needs a magic wand so that the Filipino people won't complain too much and demand too much! Can't you be thankful for every little improvements? So that these little improvements when added up will be whole. It's about time to think positive about everything. Sadly, the Philippines claim to be the "ONLY CHRISTIAN NATION" in Asia but look, they don't have FAITH, HOPE, and LOVE for their country. DOUBT, HOPELESSNESS and HATRED are works of the devil.

Women in all countries are usually more objective than their male counterparts. Objective leadership is what PI needs right now. I think PGMA is doing wonders considering her opposition and resistance....and her husband. Her predecessors didn't help matters much. Just think back when Marcos was in charge, he was the only corrupt one. Since he left it seems everyone in government has to get a piece of the pie. That gets expensive and not leaving much for the barangay captain, even if he wants to help his people.

Does everybody else imagine it is pathetic that "Willie" might want to take out an account as "Sam S" basically to troll his own question? the total manifesto that Willie/Sam revealed is hilarious -- when you consider that at the same time as do all American females have blond hair, blue eyes and massive jugs? you could look at my avatar for an get mutually of a common American lady. We are available all colors, shapes, sizes and characteristics. Methinks someone (Willie, Sam or in spite of he will be calling himself on the instant) will be on right here ranting about what beasts Filipinas are at the same time as the wifey finally receives her US citizenship, divorces his previous @ss quickly as humanly accessible (because she's been making plans it when you consider that earlier the marriage ever surpassed off) and is now spending his massive alimony tests on the recent warm boyfriend, who's really her own age and would not look as if her grandpa. you do not imagine so? flow on over to "Immigration" or "Marriage and Divorce," do a search for for "Filipina," study em and weep. Oh, so ... you idea this youthful extraordinarily element changed into attracted to you on your .... ah ... your looks? Your personality? Your "adulthood"? Hahaha! i have were given a spectacular bridge in Brooklyn on the marketplace, you in touch? call me at a million-800-SUCKER.

Yes I agree. President Corazon Aquino survived 6 deadly military coups against her government. Current President Gloria Arroyo survived political and military unrest. Lets face it President Arroyo is a smart and cunning politician. She knows how to manipulate people and use her resources efficiently. She might not be popular but she has the balls to face political problems head on. Compare this to his predecessor President Joseph Estrada who is all popularity but has nothing to show.
As what MommyLeo mentions we always blame our President to be corrupt and everything but we never blame ourselves for it. We elect Senators, Congressmen and worst President for their popularity and not for their vision and political platform. We do not even pay proper taxes and obey simple traffic rules.
