just tipp it over tward the ground with the gas off it will pour out then turn it on untill it stops

u cant complete mt. the gas less u take it off . it is designed so that some gas is left in it so it dose not dry rot your seals. pull the gas line remove carp and tilt it to the front and it will all come out don't leave it like that to long in less u plan on changing all your seals and gaskets

On the right side of the flloat bowl is the drain screw. Loosen it (counter clockwise)
