What makes us get absent minded....

For people who are not elderly and probably for healthy elderly people, I think the biggest cause of it is just being preoccupied with a lot of things and maybe being stressed out.

There are times when someone who is very elderly could suffer from some types of memory loss.

Well you see the thing is...uhm... what was the question. Ok, yes, puppies and dogs do not think like humans they.

OK, there are a few reasons that can effect remembering or focusing... Lack of sleep, proper nutrition, not being interested, having something else going on that is more important... there is the issue of somethings are immediate but not important and others things are important but not immediate. As we get older there is a mylization (not a real word) of the brain cells... this makes things faster but less prone to learn things... not sure where I was going with this any more.

They had something on tv recently that said folic acid can help prevent alzheimers...it is in dark green leafy vegetables and multivitamins..I forgot the rest of it...
Oh, yes, and stress can affect your memory...
