In order to get to site we have to type address in address bar making it hard for cust. to find. Is problem in design or hosting

First off how old is your site? Search engines dont automatically index sites as soon as they are created. Good takes the longest followed by msn and yahoo. You will also need a good seo to get it ranked. Second i dont really see any tags in the view source, third u need to get onsite optimization done on at least the homepage. 4th you will need good quality links and a good linking strategy. I know a good team that would be able to help you there and is better priced as opposed to most seo companies because it is a smaller team.
