Opposites on the color wheel make one another stand out - that's why they're called "complimentary" colors. The opposite of blue is orange, so wear orange-y, copper-ish, or peachy eye make up. Also, my daughter has blue eyes, and whenever she wears dark blue (not navy, but like dark royal or turquoise colors), it makes her eyes look really, really blue....

I am always told that my eyes look bluer if I am wearing blue, maybe that would work if u have blue eyes, cant tell from the pic u have. =)

Yuo can get coloured contacts to change the coulour of your eyes - cosmetic use or prescription. Also try an eye shaddow that will enhance your natural colour, go to a makeup consultant in one of the big stores, like Debenhams

If you can't wear contacts...go to your local pharmacist and get yourself eye drops which will make your eyes sparkle...also wearing clothes with shades of blue will make your eyes bluer :-)

Brown. It's the polar opposite of blue, and blue eyes pop out when brown shades of make up are used.
If you wear blue you'll just be conflicting with it so you may end up looking like cookie monster.

Almay makes eye shadows for certain eye colors. There is a "bring out the blue" and a "play up the blue" they work pretty good.

Use brown, tan, and pink eyeshadow. NEVER blue.
Also, see if the place where you get your makeup has a set for a certain eyecolor. These help a lot. I have a set for my green eyes.

Loreal makes eyeliner,mascara,and eyeshadow to enhance your eye color.I have green eyes and when I wear purples and light green on my eyes they look even greener.I suggest you check it out.

Eye-whitening drops make the whites of your eyes whiter so the blue would stand out even more.

Brown eyeshadow & blue or green shirts. My eyes are violet & when I wear any color purple, they really pop.
